Planning private club golf: Naming a course in your itinerary request does not secure a tee time. Clubs control visitor access and may require golf club membership, handicap information or a letter of introduction. We check the applicable requirements and confirm accepted arrangements before you book the final programme.

Good questions, clear answers

Planning an Australian golf holiday

Can LGST arrange a complete Australian golf package?

Yes. We can bring golf, accommodation, ground transport, flight coordination and sightseeing into a tailored Australian itinerary. Your proposal identifies the services included, exclusions and which providers deliver or book each component.

Can we play Royal Melbourne, Kingston Heath or NSW Golf Club?

You can request these courses. Access is controlled by each club and is subject to visitor eligibility, approval and tee-time availability. Some clubs require current golf club membership or a letter of introduction. We assess your request and explain the available options before confirming the programme.

Can you coordinate flights between Australian destinations?

Yes. We consider flights as part of the itinerary so that travel days, tee times and transfers fit together. Your quotation explains which flights are included, who books and tickets them, and the relevant luggage allowances and conditions.

Can non-golfing partners join the trip?

Absolutely. We can plan sightseeing, food and wine, time to relax and shared experiences around your golf programme. Tell us the interests of everyone travelling so the itinerary works for the whole party.

When should we start planning?

Start as early as you can, particularly when private club golf, a larger group or several destinations are involved. Flexible dates can improve the options. We’ll advise on the planning timeline once we understand your brief.

How much does a luxury Australian golf tour cost?

Each itinerary is individually quoted. The total depends on travel dates, group size, selected courses, accommodation, transport, flights and experiences. Share an indicative budget and currency with your enquiry so we can discuss a realistic programme.

Do you work with international travel agents and golf tour operators?

Yes. LGST welcomes enquiries from travel advisors, golf tour operators and other trade partners seeking tailored Australian golf itineraries for their clients. Explore our Australian golf travel trade service.
