Your escape brings together return flights, two nights of twin-share accommodation and all scheduled island transfers, with the itinerary arranged around confirmed flights and tee times.

Choose Core from A$2,499 per person for the flights, accommodation, golf and transfers, with no meals included. Choose Pinnacle from A$2,899 per person to add two breakfasts and two three-course dinners. Those meals are the only difference between the packages.
Prices are per person in AUD, including GST, based on a minimum of four paying guests travelling together and twin-share accommodation. Flights, accommodation, tee times, meal arrangements and the final order of play are subject to availability and confirmed in your quote before booking. Airfares and travel dates may affect the final price. Single-room arrangements are quoted separately.
Where you will stay
Accommodation is planned at Cape Wickham. King Links' new on-course lodge is announced to open in early 2027; requests to stay there are quoted only once its opening and room availability are confirmed. King Links accommodation is not assumed available before that opening.

Fly from your confirmed Melbourne departure airport to King Island with the airline arranged for your booking. Meet your island transfer and begin your escape with nine holes at King Island Golf & Bowling Club, before continuing to your planned Cape Wickham accommodation.
The final order of play depends on your confirmed flight and tee times. If your arrival time does not allow the nine-hole round today, we arrange its place within the confirmed itinerary before booking.

Play 18 holes at Cape Wickham, where fairways follow King Island’s coastline beneath the lighthouse. Take in the ocean views and enjoy a second night on the island.

Play 18 holes at King Links, formerly Ocean Dunes, before your scheduled transfer to King Island Airport and return flight to your confirmed Melbourne airport.
Your tee time and the final course order are arranged around the confirmed flight schedule, allowing time for the airport transfer and check-in. Early breakfast arrangements for Pinnacle are confirmed if required.
Meals: Pinnacle includes breakfast. All Core meals are at your own expense. Lunch is excluded from both packages.

Your flights may be with Sharp Airlines from Melbourne Essendon Airport or Rex from Melbourne Airport (Tullamarine), depending on your confirmed booking. The airline, departure airport, flight times and baggage allowance are confirmed in your quote before booking. Transport to and from your Melbourne departure airport is not included.
One 18-hole round at Cape Wickham, one 18-hole round at King Links, formerly Ocean Dunes, and one nine-hole round at King Island Golf & Bowling Club. Tee times and the order of play are confirmed for your dates.
Your baggage allowance depends on the airline and fare confirmed for your booking. Please tell us about your golf bag and other luggage when enquiring so we can confirm arrangements before booking.
Sharp Airlines: up to 15 kg checked baggage and 6 kg carry-on per paying passenger. Golf clubs count within the combined 21 kg allowance. Excess baggage on the Essendon–King Island route is currently A$7.05 per kg, cannot be prepurchased and is subject to aircraft space and load restrictions.
Rex: 7 kg cabin baggage, with 15 kg checked baggage on Community, Promo and Saver fares or 23 kg on Flex. Golf equipment forms part of the checked allowance. Excess weight, oversized-item charges and aircraft capacity restrictions may apply. Check your confirmed fare and Rex’s current baggage information.
Weather and operational requirements may reduce what can be carried, and affected baggage may travel on a later available flight. Excess baggage and other additional airline charges are not included in either package.

Yes. Both Core and Pinnacle include shared motorised carts for your 18-hole rounds at Cape Wickham and King Links, formerly Ocean Dunes, with two golfers per cart. Cart hire for the nine-hole round at King Island Golf & Bowling Club and golf-club hire are not included unless expressly stated in your quote. Tell us about any other cart or equipment requirements when enquiring so availability and additional costs can be confirmed.
The package is based on two nights of twin-share accommodation at Cape Wickham, subject to availability. King Links’ new on-course lodge is announced to open in early 2027. Stays there are a request option, subject to confirmed opening, availability and a separate quote.
