Our Iveco Daily brings the largest single-vehicle capacity in the fleet. It is a natural choice for larger golf parties, private touring groups and corporate movements.

The cabin view shows the seating, overhead racks and existing interior lighting. Larger suitcases and golf equipment are planned separately: we will confirm whether an enclosed trailer is needed for your group.

Golf clubs and suitcases should be part of the plan, not an afterthought. Our enclosed trailers give us additional options for transporting your group's equipment and luggage.

When you enquire, tell us the number of passengers, golf bags and suitcases, plus anything oversized. We will confirm the vehicle-and-trailer combination for your transfers or tour.

How many passengers can your vehicles carry?

Our fleet includes two LDV G10 Executive vehicles for up to 8 passengers each, an LDV Deliver 9 for up to 13, a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for up to 14 and an Iveco Daily for up to 19. These figures exclude the driver. We confirm the appropriate vehicle and luggage arrangement when quoting.

Can we request a particular vehicle?

Yes. Tell us your preferred vehicle when you enquire. Allocation depends on availability, passenger numbers, luggage and the itinerary. A requested model is only guaranteed when it has been specifically confirmed in your booking.

Can you carry golf clubs and suitcases?

Yes, we have enclosed trailers for golf clubs and luggage. Please provide the number of people, golf bags and suitcases, plus any oversized items. This lets us plan the right combination of vehicle and trailer before your arrival.

Do you offer Launceston Airport and Barnbougle transfers?

Yes. We arrange private airport and golf transfers, including Launceston Airport to Barnbougle, plus other routes around Tasmania. See our Barnbougle transfers and Hobart golf transfers pages for the relevant services.

Can you help guests with mobility or boarding requirements?

Please discuss individual needs with us before booking. We can explain the relevant vehicle entry, steps, handrails and seating. A step or handrail does not make a vehicle wheelchair-accessible, so suitability needs to be confirmed for the person travelling.

Do you work with travel agents and group organisers?

Yes. We work with travel partners and group organisers on private touring and transport. Share the itinerary, passenger numbers, luggage, arrival details and any special requirements so we can prepare a tailored quote.

Can we visit your headquarters?

Please contact us before visiting our headquarters near Launceston Airport at Western Junction. With the team often out hosting guests, arranging a time first helps us make sure the right person is there to meet you.
